Sidis Business Services is a software development and business process automation company operating out of Estonia. References to "SIDIS Group" in these Terms include our employees, contractors and affiliated partners involved in delivering services to clients.

This website is provided for informational purposes, to showcase our work, and to allow prospective clients to get in touch with us. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.
3. Services
Any specific project, including its scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing and payment schedule, is defined separately in a proposal, statement of work or service agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply alongside, and do not replace, the terms of any such agreement. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and code, is the property of SIDIS Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables created as part of a paid engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant service agreement, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks or libraries we use across multiple projects.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback and access to systems or data reasonably required to complete a project. Delays caused by missing information or approvals on the client's side may affect agreed timelines.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information, business data and project details as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties without consent, except where required by law. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be signed upon request before a project begins.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIDIS Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services provided, beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SIDIS Group. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites.
9. Changes to these Terms
