IT Process Automation

IT and engineering teams deal with a constant background of operational tasks that have nothing to do with building product: provisioning access, resetting credentials, setting up environments and running the same incident response steps every time something breaks. IT process automation takes over that layer. We build RPA workflows for user provisioning, access management, environment setup, monitoring alert responses and recurring IT operations, so your engineers focus on the work that actually requires engineering.

Problems We Solve

Manual User Provisioning and Offboarding
Setting up access, creating accounts and configuring tools for each new employee by hand takes hours per person. RPA handles provisioning and offboarding automatically based on HR triggers.
Repetitive Incident Response Steps
The first steps of most incidents are the same: check logs, restart a service, notify the team. RPA handles those initial response actions automatically, so engineers start with context rather than a checklist.
Environment Setup and Configuration
Manually provisioning dev, staging and testing environments for new projects is slow and inconsistent. Automated environment setup runs from a template every time.
Access Review and Audit Prep
Compiling access reports for quarterly reviews or audits by hand takes hours of manual work. RPA pulls access data across systems and formats the report automatically.

IT System Integration

We connect your identity management, ITSM, cloud platforms and HR system so provisioning, access and incident data flows between them without manual steps. Common platforms include Okta, Jira Service Management, AWS and Azure.

Provisioning and Operations Automation

User lifecycle management, access reviews, environment setup and recurring IT operations run automatically, reducing the manual overhead on your IT and engineering teams.

IT Challenges RPA Solves

Cut provisioning time
New employees get access to the tools they need on day one, not days later, because provisioning runs automatically the moment HR confirms the start.
Speed up incident response
When the first steps of an incident run automatically, engineers start with a clearer picture of what happened and spend less time on the initial triage.
Reduce security risk from manual access management
Automated offboarding and access reviews mean permissions get removed on time, every time, without depending on someone remembering to do it manually.

Questions & answers

What IT tasks can RPA automate?
User provisioning and offboarding, access management, environment setup, incident first-response steps, audit report generation, patch tracking and recurring IT operations tasks. Any repetitive, rules-based IT process is a good candidate.
Which IT platforms do you integrate with?
We have worked with Okta, Active Directory, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, GCP and Slack. Most platforms with an API or webhook support can be connected.
Is IT process automation the same as DevOps automation?
There is overlap, but IT process automation focuses on the operational and administrative layer: provisioning, access management, audits and IT workflows. DevOps automation focuses more on CI/CD pipelines and deployment. We can work across both.
How do we make sure automated provisioning stays secure?
We build workflows with least-privilege principles and role-based templates, so access is granted only based on defined rules and every action is logged.
How long does implementation take?
A single workflow like user provisioning or access review automation can go live in one to two weeks. A broader IT process automation program usually takes four to eight weeks.
